On legacy systems. A good share of the plants we see are running MicroLogix or RSLogix 5000 installations that are past support. We work on those as they are, and we plan migrations to current platforms without tearing out a line that still does its job.

Panel workshop

What we build in house

Design, assembly, wiring and testing happen in our own workshop in Vadodara. Nothing is sub-contracted to a fabricator we do not control.

PLC control panels

Logic control panels built around Allen-Bradley processors, with remote I/O where the plant layout calls for it.

VFD panels

Drive panels for pumps, fans, conveyors and process equipment, including PowerFlex drive systems.

PCC, MCC and IMCC

Power and motor control centres for LT distribution, designed alongside the electrical scheme.

Pump control panels

Duty-standby logic, level control and protection for water and process pumping.

RTU and telemetry

Remote terminal units for distributed sites, with the communications built to suit the network available.

Packing machine panels

Machine control for packaging and material handling lines, including OEM builds.

Testing & commissioning

Found on the bench, not on your plant floor

Every panel is powered up and I/O tested before dispatch. On site, we work through loop checks and interlock validation with your process team rather than around them.
